You may be able to claim back part of the fee through your private health fund provider if you have cover with any of the following funds:
- AIA
- Bupa
- CUA Health (telehealth only)
- Emergency Services Health
- GMHBA
- Phoenix Health
- Police Health Fund
- St Lukes Health
- Teachers Union Health
- Westfund
Please ask me for the relevant provider number. Please also enquire with your health fund before engaging me. Counsellors are not currently reimbursable under Medicare.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. 50% of fee will be charged when less than 24-hours notice is given; or if client does not show up to a session.

Yes, I operate an appointment only service. I will make every effort to accommodate your request for days/times that best suit you.

I am registered with the Australian Counselling Association as a level 2 counsellor (Member number: 19329), and hold professional indemnity insurance. I also undertake regular professional supervision and undertake continuous professional development to maintain my accreditation and update my skills and knowledge. I adhere to the Australian Counselling Association Code of Ethics.

What is discussed during a counselling session remains confidential, however there are some exceptions as indicated below. Professional Counsellors must adhere to the code of ethics of their respective professional body (e.g. ACA, or PACFA). A counsellor cannot release your information to anyone without your consent, except in the following circumstances:
1. Subpoenas
2. Mandatory reporting (when a child is at risk of harm)
3. Risk of harm to self or others
Once you book your first session, you will receive an Agreement which outlines confidentiality and its exceptions.
